Do I need to register an account to purchase?

No, it is not required to register an account. For non-members, you will only need to submit your mobile number when checking out so we can contact and update you on your order.

How do I place order?
  • You can order via our website checkout page, facebook, or our contact form.
  • Metro Manila customers can experience full online shopping through our supported online payment methods and our partner courier Mr. Speedy. Make sure that you use correct billing address on your checkout.
  • DMC threads can only be ordered by sending us direct message. You can still purchase non-DMC items on our checkout page. We will add your DMC orders on your shipment.
  • Don't forget to like and follow our page for new releases, pre-order announcements, promos and other updates.
What payment methods do you support?

You can use any of the below payment methods when ordering:

Do you have a required minimum amount to order?

There's no minimum amount or quantity. However, we highly recommend that you review your cart before checking out and make sure you get everything you need in order to save on shipping fee.

Can I reserve an item?

Yes, you have up to 3 days to reserve item(s). If no payment is received after 3 days, items will be released for other customers.

Can I pre-order an item?

Yes, you can pre-order item(s) with the following conditions

  • No commitment required for pre-ordered item(s) with total amount of less than ₱5,000. This means that you can cancel the order without penalty.
  • Pre-ordered items with total amount exceeding to ₱5,000 is required to pay a non-refundable 15% deposit. This means that you can still cancel the order but the 15% deposit will not be returned as inconvenience/penalty fee.

Please note that pre-ordered items can take 3 weeks up to 2 months, depending on supplier's stock and shipment.

Also, in case you are trying to find a chart or item from any of the designers or brands we support, we may still be able to help. Provide as much information as you can about the item as you can when you message us.


How long does it take to deliver my order?

Orders will be shipped in 1 - 2 business days after we receive the payment.

Orders outside Metro Manila will be shipped on any of the following days: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday. We cannot guarantee on the actual delivery lead time as it depends on the courier's schedule.

Sever weather conditions and other calamities may affect the shipping and delivery schedule.

What courier do you use to ship my order?

We are currently in partnership with Mr. Speedy as our courier service for Metro Manila. Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address.

Orders outside Metro Manila will be delivered via JRS.

How do you compute shipping rates?

Shipping fee depends on the courier or delivery service. Final computation will be given to you during checkout (for Metro Manila online orders) or shipment (for direct or provincial orders).

Can I combine orders to a single shipping?

Yes, as long as you have not received any advised yet that your initial order is already booked for shipping. Please contact us thru our messenger> or SMS.

Do you accept orders outside Philippines?

Yes, but some of our items are strictly for Philippine customers only. Please contact us for more details.


What are your terms on item return?

Due to the nature of the products we sell and to avoid any copyright issues, received items cannot be returned or exchanged. We highly recommend to double check the items you order. Do not hesitate to message usfor more details or request for additional photos of the actual product.

In case of broken item to the extent that it is not useable anymore, we will replace it with same type given it is not out of production yet and is reported to us within 2 days of receiving it. For OOP item, you can exchange it with other items of similar value. Replacement will be processed once we receive back the broken item.


Do you accept layaway?

Yes, we offer layaway program with a minimum order amount of ₱3,000.00 except on DMC threads. Please contact us via email, messenger to place a layaway transaction.

What are your layaway terms and conditions?

After we acknowledge your order, you must pay 15% down payment within 48 hours. Orders will automatically be cancelled if no payment is received within the said period.

You may only have one layaway transaction at a time.

You may make as many payments, for any amount as you would like provided the layaway is paid in full no later than 180 days from receiving the down payment.

Layaway transaction is not eligible for any promos or discounts.

How do I pay?

You may pay via Paymaya, Gcash, or Bank Deposit. Just send us a message on every payment you will make.

Credit card via paypal can be accepted, but no cancellation of layaway order.

Can I cancel my layaway?

You have 7 calendar days to cancel your layaway transaction without any penalty. If at any time after the 7 days grace period you cancel the transaction, we will refund whatever payment has been made EXCEPT the 15% down payment.

What will happen if I did not complete the payment within 180 days?
We will refund whatever payment has been made EXCEPT the 15% down payment. You can also use the fund to purchase any available items on our shop.
Can I place another order while I have a lay-away?

Yes, you can still place a straight payment order.
